Rail Kit 1
Rail Kit 1 – The Guardian Goalposts Rail Kits are developed to be used on Rail Projects and Rail Construction Sites. In this system Blue and White poles are used as a warning method specifically where red and white contradict already existent site rules. The gateway is used as a highly visible height warning system and can be used in conjunction with additional electrical safety cones or telescopic demarcation poles to enhance the system safety.
The idea of this system is to keep operators working in or around Railway lines safe by visibly highlighting any height or access hazards that they may encounter. Our Rail Kit 1 comes complete with two steel bases which both weigh in at 13.6kg, offering stable ballast for the goalposts kit, two telescopic vertical poles and a 8M solid length crossbar that breaks down into 4 separate sections. Each base supplied comes with 4 x 10mm diameter drill holes so that the bases can be bolted into the ground for a large increase in stability.

Our GS6 Compliant Guardian Goalposts systems are a cost-effective solution to increase site safety and ensure that your site is fully compliant with HSE GS6 regulations.
Over the years in the UK, it has become more prevalent that these systems are used on sites as it is now required by law on most construction and traffic management projects to have Guardian Goalposts set-up wherever there is an overhead hazard, structure, or live electrical cable.
The systems are designed to prevent collision with overhead hazards, structures, and live electrical cables by providing the operators on site with a highly visible warning that they are in the hazard zone.
Our GS6 Guardian Goalposts Kits are fully non-conductive and are hand-made at our Wigan HQ from GRP Fibreglass.
The system is fully collapsible for the ease of transport and can fit into the back of any small van sized vehicle.
